Johns Hopkins ramps up cybersecurity amid Change Healthcare attack unknown
Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins said it has heightened security protocols amid Change Healthcare's cyberattack.
In a March 1 update on its website, Johns Hopkins wrote "we have implemented heightened security protocols to mitigate potential risks to our providers and members."
This comes as Johns Hopkins stated that the Change Healthcare incident impacted aspects of Johns Hopkins Health Plans' operations.
Change Healthcare has been grappling with a ransomware attack since Feb. 21. As of March 4, the company is still working on restoring systems that were taken offline due to the attack.
