Jefferson Health using synthetic data to speed up academic research
Jefferson Health and Thomas Jefferson University partnered with data analytics and synthetic data company MDClone to use its data platform to speed up academic research.
The MDClone ADAMS Platform will help the Philadelphia-based health system deliver streamlined workflows that will allow researchers to easily access and analyze data from EHRs, according to a Nov. 14 press release from MDClone.
ADAMS — which stands for ask, discover, act, measure, share — will also provide Jefferson's students with anonymous, real-world data that they can use to test their own theories and explore their own strategies for population health improvement.
MDClone's platform will also create new opportunities for Jefferson to partner with life sciences companies to inform and accelerate new therapeutic discoveries.
