Intermountain Health Expands Relationship with Kyruus for Rebranded Digital Patient Experience

Intermountain Health announced it is expanding the use of Kyruus’ ProviderMatch® platform to power a new digital patient experience initiative.

– This expansion builds on an existing relationship with Kyruus via legacy SCL Health (now Intermountain) in which Kyruus overhauled the system’s provider directory and replaced its existing online scheduling solution, which in less than a year, yielded a 21% increase in appointments scheduled online.

– As part of the strategic expansion, Intermountain will now rebuild its 15,000-provider directory on Kyruus’ provider data management solution and expand online scheduling capabilities on its consumer-facing website.
