Prescryptive Health, a digital health company that acts as pharmacy benefit manager, is partnering with Eli Lilly, the Indianapolis-based pharmaceutical giant, on a subscription program for people who purchase insulin through employer-sponsored health plans. Employers can offer employees a flat, per-member, per-month subscription fee for insulin. Lily said it will receive a portion of the subscription fee if an employer’s total medical spend increases over time.

Superior HealthPlan, an Austin, Texas-based managed care company, is entering into a partnership with MedArrive, a mobile care company, on a new home health program. The companies will connect Superior’s pre-identified managed care patients to MedArrive’s provider network. In addition to providing telemedicine services and transportation, the companies will offer mental health services through Brave Health, a virtual-first behavioral health startup.
Three more digital health companies undergo layoffs
IncludeHealth, a digital musculoskeletal health company, will collaborate with Yale New Haven Health System on a program to deliver virtual physical therapy in Yale New Haven patients’ homes. The program will include both virtual and in-person components. IncludeHealth also raised $10.7 million in new funding.
