CVS Health clinic earns 6th consecutive Joint Commission accreditation unknown
CVS Health's retail clinic, MinuteClinic, received its sixth consecutive Ambulatory Health Care Accreditation from The Joint Commission.
CVS Health was the first retail clinic disruptor to receive the designation in 2006.
The accreditation is valid for three years and applies to care delivered at all the MinuteClinics located in 36 states, according to a June 12 CVS Health news release.
The Joint Commission evaluated CVS' new mental health services, the CVS HealthHub store format and virtual care services.
